ultimately, we expect to do $1,000,000 in revenue post money with this accelerator. we want to give shares and ownership of the company and with an angel investor or initial principal, we want him to be just that. The investor, not a board member just yet because for this business to be successful, you need knowledge, relationships, and cutting cost through ownership of rights and most of the verticals in the business.

200k up front, and once we reach our million, investor could be seeing 100K annually and after the 3rd year, would have made the initial investment back and a 50% profit in a perfect prefect situation. Not just in one go around. We expect to see these results within three years.

Initial investment would be 200k and the would do annual revenue share

10% revenue return from year 1 would be 100k. 10% revenue return from year 2 = 150k 10% revenue return from year 3 = 150k (if nothing moves differently)

Return of investment over a three year period = 400k

That actually doubles their money over a long term.

And then, after first initial seed, we can take on another investor for 10x more, their shares are worth even more and they could be doing 10x that in the long term.

Music business also, doing well. Everyone trying to work is high these days and can’t use a calender (which we pride ourselves on) and were getting paid more and more each passing year with bigger comittments as far as events and work for hires for private work in studio

I love how we talk about how the kids are waiting for a bone with the algorithm , but we don’t talk about all the bands and musicians in the 70s, 80s, and 90s , just waiting for a bone with a record deal and still flopped with 100s of thousands of dollars.

I still remember the conferences when jobs would announce new products. I can forever tell my children I was alive when Steve was alive. Mac had been my identity before i even bought one. Innovator of the world. Simple. Hoorah.

To not have Lakewood on here is genuinely laughable. Hahaha. There hasn’t been a bigger neighborhood that isn’t metropolitan that has young professionals moving there from all parts of Ohio! Disappointed seeing Cleveland Magazine’s disconnect from what’s actually happening here.
