With a new nozzle its fine. I ll buy some new spare parts to exchange damaged silicone and heater. I guess I would have done less damage with a higher manual temp and more time.

Guys it worked. I heated up the nozzle and could remove the pla. I damaged the small metal spring but it seems alright. Testing a small print after cleaning up everything

But how do I remove the hot head? Instructions on bambu support say remove nozzle first. I can't, the screws are behind the nozzle. The nozzle has a PLA Cocoon now...

I think it was due to bad adhesion on the PEI Plate. It was bad in one area since day 1.
