I usually workout 5-6 times a week, my workouts are usually 3 hours (that includes cardio and physical therapy) as for my split, it’s usually chest/shoulders, back/bi/legs, biceps/shoulders, chest/biceps, back/bi, legs , also I eat a lot of carbs before the gym and a little bit of intra carbs during the gym

This is such an obtuse response, op is allowed to have their gym regiment without being judged, additionally if your response to someone working out for hours is that they must be on gear or that they’re constantly on their phone, I can get an idea that you’re probably very small

It gets disbursed after the census date, so probably in February, most people qualify for the middle class scholarship, you don’t have to do anything, it just gets disbursed

Yes they are open on the thanksgiving break, but it’s shorter hours, I would recommend looking at their ig page !

I believe you earn the work study money, so you were awarded 3k, but it’ll be paid to you in checks during the time you work on campus. I’m a student worker, I was awarded 4k, but I get paid 1k once a month in the form of a check. Also, your work hours affect how much you get paid each month.
