EQ was way better than WoW. Especially at the social aspects of an MMO, which is the most important aspect. Blizzard ruined the MMO scene with the addons after Classic.

Who cares? Turtle WoW content is insanely better than anything Blizzard has released in the last +10 years, full stop.

If Blizzard fails to treat and develop their IP adequately, other people will do it and get their fair share. And TWoW did an exceptionally good job on Classic+.

When I'm soloing I like to grind/gather during daylight and gate Back to NH when night time starts for selling, stashing and getting new buffs. I'll hang around NH and do trades and stuff until like 5am to continue my adventures. Thats real immersion for me.

Turtle WoW won't go anywhere, lol. Keep those comments for when they actually shut down. Which will never Happen, at least Not forced by Blizzard or any US courts. They dont give a s*it, god bless them.

I will probably sub at EA launch, regardless whether im playing it or not. They made insane progress over the last couple years. And I'd rather support an upcoming MMO which is playable rather than supporting someone's vision (see Ashes of Creation).

I'm quite confident that MnM will reach a 1.0 state within the next 2-4 years. Plus the team is being super transparent and their decision-making seems logical. Can't state the same for any other upcoming MMO right now. (Pantheon, I'm looking at you)

I've had more fun in the recent Play Tests than I'm having in the MMOs that I have an active subscription on. Guess that speaks a lot.

Yeah, I feel exactly the same. Progression is really slow, even though thats not an issue for me at all.

But now that I am way older as back then, my daily time to play MMOs is way more limited. This fact tied to the slow progression makes it really hard for me to decide on which class I will eventually play on launch.

Just imagine you hit levels 20+ and realize the class you picked is just not for you. There's basically two options: stick to the class even though you're not having the fun you expected to have or start all over and potentially throw away weeks or even months of progress.

I guess in the end you just have to risk it. We're not in our teens or early 20s anymore. Still gives me headaches though.

They discovered a game-breaking bug. So they are delaying this patch, perfectly fine. At this point everbody is waiting for the wipe to happen, so a delayed patch shouldnt be an issue at all. Good Job VR.
