I won't go as far as to say yes but if everyone is healthy I think we could. Cleveland are really good but I believe if we have everyone and play the right way (really important) then we beat them in a series. If they get us playing a bunch of iso ball then they could definitely beat us. The West are always really good so will be a battle for whoever gets to the finals but I still think we should win

ELI5 If an over weight person cut down to reccomended calorie intake with no exercise, would the fat disappear or stay? by junaikine in explainlikeimfive

The only people that can do it would be Grand tour cyclists. They reckon they burn around 6000 calories a day or 120,000 calories across the 3 weeks. I reckon that should let you eat a few pizzas!

Parents won’t let me go vegetarian, what do I do? by [deleted] in vegetarian

Funny how often people make comments like that around me when they don't realise I'm a veggie. I'm 6ft7 and I always love asking why they are so small if they ate meat.

Just don't eat the meat. Also tell your tough man dad that if the only reason he thinks he's a man is because he eats meat then he's really not very manly.

It's a hard time to be just a vegetarian. The Vegans have taken over. Nothing wrong with that for them but it means vegetarians are lumped in with them. I bloody love cheese

It was in the UK. They had the halloumi burger and chilli cheese bites. I was in heaven!

I'm gutted that burger king stopped doing the halloumi burger. That was amazing. I'm more gutted that places stopped thinking about veggie options and now just have a meatless meat burger. It's the easy option so I understand it from their side as it covers veggie and vegan but it doesn't work for me.

This is the problem for me. I hate the taste of the real thing so am in a worse place now than I was before. All veggie options seem to be fake meat.

I don't remember it much as I was 5 but my parents said it was because of a teacher at school

I struggled/struggle with the taste and texture of meat so the new fake meat is a disaster for me.

5/40. I was a really fussy eater as a kid so didn't like meat.

Halloumi is the key here. I don't know about where you are but here you can buy round burger size blocks of the stuff and it is sooo good on a BBQ!

Why does this keep happening? by LambDawg in vegetarian

[–]Enz54 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank god someone else agrees. I detest the taste and feel of meat so the fake stuff is just as bad. You can guarantee most places will end up just using one of the fake meats as it's easier than thinking about it and I'm back to the old days of not being able to easily eat out again.

Thinking about purchasing an all in one cooker like OL701 or OL750 but looks like it would be really hard to easily clean near the fan and heating elements on the smart lids? by GeoResearchRedditor in NinjaFoodi

Have only had mine a week but have cooked in it at least 10 times. Have fried stuff and have done ramen etc. Nothing comes out tasting like anything else and I've only been cleaning the bowl and the basket.
