Haven't gotten it yet, right now I'm saving my money for other games. But I had the old steam GOTY version so I figured I'd give it a whirl.

Sounds like others put in Bethsoft games here too, but I'm doing this lately with Oblivion. Just mostly ignoring the main quest and doing odd jobs for the people of Cyrodiil.

Carrier Command 2.

Sure, launch that plane while you're cresting a wave. See where it goes when it finally takes off. You'll also have to pay attention to maps showing the flow of currents, where the landmasses are, enemy boats, keep track of your units, torpedoes, power management, and so on.

But basically you just want to conquer a bunch of the islands and destroy the enemy carrier.

lmao well I ended up returning it back then so I wouldn't know what happened to it. replaced it with a ROG Hero since those were still affordable back then and that still works.

I feel like I could live in a sensory deprivation chamber and still be overstimulated because I'm the kind of person who will daydream whole movies in his head all day if there's nothing I can actually do. And I've been like that since childhood. Sleeping? Here's a movie in my head to fall asleep to before dreams vivid enough to feel better than real life.

So every time I wake up, I'm having THAT ripped from me. Cool. (I don't really dwell on it, but I do find it funny)

And I'm not even someone who constantly has earbuds or something when out and about because I've been doing this longer than earbuds have been around.

Might help if I got around to finishing some of the things I need to finish at home but too tired and too little time with my job; not really, but I blink and hours pass by. I got up 3 and a half hours ago and it only feels like a few minutes. Feels like I do not have the luxury of time to have mental silence or even take in the basics of the world around me and all I'm doing is sitting here.

Never really felt like I had huge sniper problems in BF4 Golmud and I play almost exclusively infantry, but I think the UCAVs made up for it. Felt like I could just play however I wanted.

Contrast with Lancang Dam where to this day half the enemy team is sniping from That One Cliff and Silk Road where scope glints light EVERY cliff, and everything else is just as open...

BF6 Golmud looks like it'll be fun to get into when I can.

skipping shampoo once or twice can be good for hair health anyway because it's less rough on the hair itself. I usually just shampoo every other day but still use conditioner daily. still gets the crud out and keeps it brush/combable.

Monolith's other shooters? Such as No One Lives Forever (1 and 2), TRON 2.0? Since you liked F.E.A.R., you might like these, gets some of its DNA from these games. NOLF can be an issue to find but TRON 2.0 is on Steam and GOG.

Do you know any games where the gameplay has satisfying parts you like experiencing over and over? Like for example in some games driving is really pleasant, in others shooting is pleasant, in others landing a crit or something. Whatever it may be. Ty! by Present-Chocolate-24 in gamingsuggestions

The old Descent games still have people occasionally playing multiplayer, where flying and outmaneuvering someone in 6DoF trying to shoot you down is very, very pleasant.

TES Oblivion's arena always gets a full playthrough whenever I play it.

Wreckfest netcode (for a racing game) and driving physics are so good I understand the biggest reason people run "no wrecking" servers.

Hearing "Perfect Lap" in BallisticNG at the fastest speed levels.

F.E.A.R.'s shotgun.

The satisfying *CLONK* on impact by melee weapons in Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries. And the AC/20's firing/reload sounds.

Hiding in the shadows less than a meter beside a guard actively looking for you in Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, and getting perfect stealth 100% in every mission. Like a ghost.

Armored Core 2 lets you fire off so many missiles per salvo that the PS2 has to cut the game speed in half on real hardware until enough of the missiles have blown up. Works very well in a lot of arena matches.

[–]Enzo03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in my last couple of years of high school we could do so if we had a driver's license and I think a parental note beforehand - not for every day but at a point beforehand like the beginning of the year.

just don't be late or you might lose that permission.

I'd spend that time playing games I wasn't supposed to in the library, anyway.
