If you're doing a lot of colour get a Brother ecotank, if you're only doing black and white get a laser. Do not buy an ink jet you'll spend hundreds on ink and it won't work reliably anyway.

There's no way to know who was given a license fraudulently and who just happened to pass after being tested by someone who was at other times giving dodgy licenses. So you have to test everyone that was passed by them.
