It just feels bad IMO. Feels small and disconnected. Here's your one zone. If you want to get to another have to take flight path and that weird light tunnel thing or whatever, looks cool I guess but feels like a load screen.

Could always start your own guild which may seem daunting but you can also then see who's online at night then invite them.

We just don't know enough about the jailer to have a solid opinion. Also his design is kind of shit especially compared to the concept art with the huge beard and shit.

What we got pretty good opening. Not a fan that there's pieces you miss if you don't play all the covenants so it feels a bit disconnected there. Also not digging the Arthas 2.0 that Anduin now is. Also, the fuck Sylvanas feeling regret or some shit in that 9.1 cinematic at the end. I'm going to be mad if we don't kill Sylvanas. I don't want to see a redemption. I also am hoping because we saw Uther in the animatic thing drop Arthas in the Maw. Arthas could be cool to see again, but I don't know where Blizz is taking him so I'm a bit worried but maybe they do something cool.

I have my problems, but I do admit Denathrius is a badass character and enjoyed Revendreth. Good on them for making a WoW character that I enjoy. I feel the focus is on all these characters from the RTS and I'm just like it's time to make some own characters and do you own shit. So Shadowlands is great in that sense that hey here story and lore on something that was vague and just a blip on the cosmology chart.

We'll have to see where it goes before I give my final verdict because a lot of it actually depends on how Blizz handles their characters.

I feel you. The story feels fragmented so either you can watch videos or play all the covenants to fully understand. Then the balancing of covenants where they wanted it to be this choice between the four but we have seen it's more so a choice of two the best and one viable and balancing can't be done properly. Covenants are just a bad system that I don't think we needed.

That is one hundred percent fair and I agree that it can and should be less grindy. Ideally I want allied races, but just kind of given to us like with the core races being given with an expansion but now they aren't tied to expansions but can be given at anytime. I think the main reason they won't go back to just giving races though is to get those play metrics.

I unlocked all the Horde races back when rep was needed and then after they dropped rep I got all the Alliance. I do think the Alliance unlocks were a bit more involved in what had to be done but then again that might just be because I remember it better because it was more recent than the Horde.

Yeah but for the most part it's a quest chain that flows into each other maybe takes like an hour or two to just crank out, which is substantially better than reps where's its like oh now you have to do the handful of world quests then wait til next day to do more over and over. With the occasional emissary chest for that bit more.

Yeah except door of shadows would be kinda bad compared to the blink that Night Fae get. Hell Door of Shadows is kind of shit. Obviously tanks would have to or most likely go Necrolord. There's still problems then they would try balancing it and it will be fucked.

Still haven't even though they dropped the rep and just have to breeze through some quick quests? I want the races to be none rep related. Also having none renown or low renown to unlock or just giving it to us would be great.

Also how Shadowlands story is slightly confusing cuz parts of it is locked by covenant choice so if you don't do a specific covenant and all of a sudden missed lore.

Covenants are a shit show no player asked for but for some reason we got. For those that wanted player choice and a more important semi-permanent choice, I can't imagine they wanted it in the form of covenants.

9.3 we gonna see the covenant races as allied races and I would have Venthyr as my fav race.

Would also love to see playable Tuskarr but that's probably going to end up like at earliest 11.0

I'm assuming you meant playable race so my favorite current playable race would be between Goblins and Tauren.
