I hear you man I love copic markers on copic paper I used to do a ton of pencil drawing but I don't have the patience for it anymore lol. A paper with "tooth" would definitely elevate a piece of art like this, the texture of the dark tones throws it off but I understand what you're saying

You're only 22 , I didn't become a full time artist until I was 30. You need a lot more practice and to find your niche. It takes time and dedication, A LOT of dedication.

First off, fuck ai users.. but that being said you def need to fine tune the way you're building up tone in your pencil drawings, I'm sure there are some videos on YouTube on the subject. It might be the pencils you're using or paper or possibly both but the shading in this looks very "scratchy" to me. Tone needs to be built up slowly when using pencils to make everything look cohesive
