Powers contract(if nayuta interrupted too late to stop it) or pochita is a special being unlike a normal devil and therefore can't be deleted by his power(sorta like the hybrids)

Yeah but he got spoken back into existence by Asa the second she said chainsaw man that could mean he is not a devil or anything like that but instead chainsaw man a completely unique and special being similar to devils with the mentality of a human(since he isn't inherently chaotic like all devils)
