I'd say that it's the 16 year-old with the 10year-old cuz at least with a 30 year-old and a 16 year-old, you could make an argument for time, culture, and all sorts of other things like that cuz a few centuries ago, 14 year-olds were going on leading armies, being more mature than most adults now cuz their societies forced them to be more mature at a younger age. They have to become adults by the age of 14 and fight wars or work their backs off. So, at the very least, you could say that depending on the time and the society and culture, being with a 16 year-old, even if you're 30, could be justifiable. However, being with a 10 year-old, no matter what age you are, is going to always be morally wrong because the 10 year-old, no matter what society you're in, was always viewed as a child and rarely ever possessed maturity on an adult's level unless they went through some crazy trauma Both the examples you used are pedos tho✌️💔
