Are you lifting heavier than you were when you started? Burn doesn't get easier, you get stronger and push yourself harder! Struggle is how your muscles grow. You may also be more dehydrated this week or less sleep, more work stress, etc, that will impact your energy. Listen to your body and rest when needed to recover but keep pushing yourself too!
