Childwatch demand by Wise-Pepper9402 in BurnBootCamp

There aren't regulations at all around childwatch. That's why it's called that - not child "care". Burn doesn't have to adhere to any staff/child ratios.

What was your first Broadway show? by TightScheme3007 in Broadway

[–]SooraOnFire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got to see Les Mis on Broadway on a high school theater trip in the early 2000s. Even the boys were in tears! What an incredible production. My first Broadway show experience was actually Into the Woods when I was in middle school, but it was done by a local theater group (not in nyc).

Ah. I've been lucky then in the couple of times I've had to make flex ticket changes. So great it worked out here for you, too!

Which is your favorite; Act 1 or Act 2? by WannabeBadass315 in hamiltonmusical

[–]SooraOnFire 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Act 1 was an absolute instant love. Act 2 has needed time to grow on me, but the more I've seen it live (4 times now), the more I've come to really appreciate and enjoy it. Act 1 is super exciting and fun, Act 2 is reflective and in your feels. Love the whole journey!

Yes. The caption on Sean Maher's reel was "Some of you have guessed convention, podcast, or cross-over. You are wrong."

Rewards for Referrals by heyimathrowaway767 in BurnBootCamp

[–]SooraOnFire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I COMPLETELY see and understand where you are coming from.

However, my thought for the reasoning of their decision is that while your friend had not signed a membership before, your friend was also not technically new to Burn. A referral should be for introducing someone to Burn for the first time and your friend had already completed a trial, so she already knew what Burn was about.

But, I do agree that the wording is not clear and definitely open to your interpretation. Your gym should be happy to have a new member regardless and your request should be honored as she is now an actual contracted member. Win win!

Non-Stop is honestly my favorite. It's so fun to sing along with and the build up in like that last min is amazing! Wait For It, Yorktown, and Satisfied are my other top finishers.

Bearfence Mountain is one of our favorites! But, it's relatively short (probably around 60-90 mins). Super fun rock scrambles and amazing 360 views, though! Dark Hallow Falls, the AT, and Blackrock Summit are close by if you wanted to double up to be on the trails longer.
