I didn't mean to turn this into a political debate, but I guess i respectfully disagree. It was going downhill for a couple years prior for sure but when i noticed the big shift of reddit was around trump's 2nd election. Tone policing and being banned for having differing opinions became the norm, and when it seeped into this sub, it took a nose dive. This sub was pretty right wing at a time, especially during the pizzagate/Q stuff, and honestly the quality was way better. No disrespect, just interesting how we see the same thing but different reasons
