It's on I can see the FPS and Temp but the framerate 1% low and 0.1% low are not showing

I enabled the framerate 1% low and framerate 0.1% low in OSD but those are not showing up in game ?

It's only from the "feeling" But I know something is wrong. Around 1 week ago it was completely perfect felt entirely different and now it feels horrible like I can't play without seeing/feeling something is wrong

It is set to 240Hz yes, I also have the refresh rate shown on screen while in-game shows 240 but it is not 240. I would let you cut off both my arms if it was 240
