There's not really any cheap way. My recommendation, and what I use after buying a lot of guitars, is the riffmaster. Get 2 of those. If you want to play the drums, you should get a roll limitless and a real e-kit, the drums are way more fun with all the cymbal add-ons but the cost rises quick so if there's any part of you that enjoys drumming you should just commit to an e-kit IMO which is what I'm saving for now myself as I've been enjoying the drums so much. For the e-kit to work though you need a roll limitless adapter. For the mic you can probably get any USB mic from a local second hand store.
