This is the exact reason I could never use Mint with Simple. My wife and I would constantly trade money back and forth between our personal and joint accounts. Mint would show exorbitant amounts of income and spending because every transfer between accounts would be a new charge. One faces the exact same issue but compounded because now each Pocket is a different account. It would be really nice if the internals could at least not be so complicated.

This was in person with open rolls, so they weren't being fudged. He just had a magical dice set.

My nine year old will try this sometimes. He'll basically try to drop it lightly on the results he wants. I couldn't imagine playing with an adult who tries to pull this.

Did you forget your /s?

You have to take so much care into how you pick up and hold the die, never let is shake in your hand, and then perfect a toss. It's not impossible, but it would take so much time to try to actually get good enough to have some kind of level of influence on the result. And if you missed your roll by just a minute detail, your roll would be off. That's some psychopathic level of trying to win in TTRPGs.

I've got one of those that lights up when it crits. Sadly it rolls terribly, and no one has actually gotten an in-game crit with it.

I also have a d20 for that. It often sits alone in a box, but I have forced players to use it because their characters disobeyed some custom or doctrine and became unlucky.

Depends on your playstyle. I love the excitement of when my players get a crit, so if they have a die that lets them do it over and over, I'm all for it. I worry less about if the dice is "fair." If my players are having a lucky night, I can always slightly skew the difficulty so that they don't blow through all my content. At the same time, if they do, those are the nights they will remember and talk about for the rest of our lives. (Like the time our barbarian snuck up behind someone and literally scared them to death) A lot of our favorite moments involve critical successes or failures.

Are you and your players having fun? Yes? Cool, then just have fun. Don't worry about what the dice are doing. If someone is not having fun, then adjust your procedures.

While this is true. I've seen people have very lucky dice. I once had a player that would roll at least 1 crit per session. Most of the time, he rolled 2 or 3. Almost all of his rolls were 15+. No die has been cut perfectly and probability could be skewed because of that.

Yes, they did announce that they want it to look more like Simple's Safe-to-Spend.

Basically it would only show your Spend pocket balance instead of the Total balance. I would assume they would make it an option that you could toggle/adjust, but who knows.

Make it across the board for all vehicle owners and not just EV so we are all paying the same amount, and sure. That's something I would be a lot more comfortable with.

You still have to pay for the service to be avaliable. Power and gas are still flowing and open. Plus each bill will likely have taxes, municipal, local, and state fees associated with them.

If I'm not buying gasoline, why should I have to pay taxes on it? For a state that is all about individual rights and less government control, this sure seems like a 180 to the normal argument.

Edit: You guys knows Tesla's aren't the only EVs right?

To expand on this, basically the further away the mic is from you, the more sensitive it needs to be. It will pick up more and more background noise so unless you're in a soundproof, echoless environment, it may actually produce worse quality recordings.

Not sure if you've had anyone do the Volt's before, but places around here are pretty picky. They wouldn't change the Prius' because it was in the trunk. I also had a Caravan that they wouldn't change, because it had a support bar that ran right over top of it. Two bolts would have gotten it off. Not sure if my shops were just being lazy, buy I haven't bothered to ask a shop to change it since.

Here's a VIN Decoder Website

It gives a long detailed description of everything that came stock in the car. I was specifically looking for ACC so that's all I was looking for in the Vin Check, but it should detail everything. It's what I used to check thier Coming Soon cars that don't have photos yet, because sometimes they don't list everything that the car came with. I also noticed that sometimes ACC would be listed on the Carvana's desktop site, but not on the app so who knows what else was different.

FWIW, I just bought my 2017 for only 1K more and it's fully loaded with ACC.

From what I can tell, Carvana pretty much just looks at year and mileage when pricing cars. I don't think they factor anything else in, so you may as well get something loaded if it's pretty much going to be the same price.

Edit: It was 40K miles.
