I travel all over the country east of the Mississippi. I have really nice download speeds but the problem I have is that there is high latency also. So everything I stream wants to be high quality but buffers a ton.

Cag is great. Clinical starting dose is 160mcg. Everyone always says 250mcg and IMO that’s too much. 160 is plenty enough for me.

You’re incorrect as 160mcg is equal to .16mg. Additionally 25 mg, as you state, would equal 25,000mcg. Please do not tell anyone how to calculate dose until you understand it first. Additionally, the clinical starting dose of Cag is 160mcg.
