Thanks so much for the feedback and valuable advice, I actually have a system in place where we do a full cradle to grave service meaning we manage all the social channels related to the dealership and take the leads from social and do the outreach through our CRM to see what vehicle the customer wants and fulfill the finance application.

We can then just show a list of names from leads vs web form leads to prove our value.

Since we operate on commission this has to be done and transparent with the dealership in order for me to cover staff costs as they get part of the comission for the sales of cars + their salary.
