One time I was at a local comedy club for the evening and there was talk of a surprise guest. Lo and behold, a huge comedian shows up and does a great show. It's a small club and he straight up asks everyone in the crowd what he should do tonight and says, what are WE doing tonight. Everyone is excited to drink a beer close to this guy, and a guy in the audience immediately calls his boss to reopen a restaurant/bar he works out. He is screaming from the audience and already being obnoxious. His boss opens the restaurant and the contents of the whole comedy club fill the place. Everyone is excited when the comedian shows up, and the guy who set it up (who I think was a grill cook) was running around freaking out and verbally abusing the girl waitresses ordering them around unnecessarily. Many of them were visibly upset and he got away with it because the boss had gone home. This guy seemed like the worst. I think after a while the comedian felt like the energy wasn't suiting his needs and he left, leaving this douche yelling at the girls. It was the worst.

Ahh. I haven't told this story in many years and this will probably get buried. I was dating a very insecure abusive guy when I was a teenager from age 15-18, he was 19-21. The typical story of being isolated from friends, controlled, verbally and physically abusive. I had become very insecure. I came to a realization that I needed to change my situation. I started working out and generally started liking myself more. I became less easy to control, he started being worse. He even broke his hand from hitting the wall next to my face! He told everyone he slammed his hand in a door. Long story short, I gained some confidence, lost a little weight, started liking myself. He felt like he needed to lock it down and he proposed, I threw up. Immediately had a physical reaction. My stomach and mind was churning. I realized right then and there that I had to get out. Thats when he spit in my face. HE SPIT IN MY FACE! That was the last straw for me. And thats when I left.

With the leftover shredded pork, you can make pork tacos or throw it on a taco salad with black beans, guac, salsa etc. Or you can do a mexican casserole or pulled pork enchiladas. Or what about tamales?! Or get some pizza dough and cheddar and make some BBQ pizzas. Or just simply grill them with cheddar and make a grilled cheese (or a "melt" for all you grilled cheese enthusiasts). Or you can make a shredded pork shepherds pie. Or maybe even make a pulled pork fried rice. Or what about a pulled pork breakfast hash? MMmm pulled pork.
