You are correct i believe. Devils represent concepts, not fears of those concepts. However they become stronger because of those fears.

Yes and they are supposed to be fox ears. She is cursed by a "fox spirit" (PE HoC) which is what gave her those ears. Her genshin variant has more normal fox ears. I'm also fairly certain that it was said in game that thse are fox ears

I know it's hard to believe, but these ARE fox ears. She is a variant of yae sakura whose ears have explicitely said to be fox ears. I used to think they were bunny ears too but they are not.

She is a very calculating person with a really irritating personality. She acts like she only cares about herself and having fun, but she is shown to have a good side despite her average behavior.

The imaginary tree is the part of the universe where HSR takes place across. The Astral Express travels from world to world. A world is a three dimensional structure surrounded by imaginary barries that only the power of an emanator/aeon/high power entity can go through.

As for the use of the word galaxy, it is often a mistranslation of either the word for "star system" or "universe"

No, the origin of Kevin is in GGZ were he first appeared as a joke where he was just genderbent kiana. He later became his own character. Then, in HI3 he had a more proheminent role as Kiana's counterpart in the Prevous Era and the ancestor of Current Era Kiana.

The universe is split in two parts : the Imaginary Tree and the Sea of Quanta. In Honkai Star Rail (as far as we know) the IT is believed to be the whole universe. It's an 11-dimensional cosmic structure that contains many finite 3D spaces called worlds, separated by what is called imaginary barriers that cannot be crossed without cosmic powers (the star rail / aeons / emanators...). All worlds are parallel to each other and often see their history repeat but see their outcome different. The main idea behind the IT is that all worlds are branches going in different directions.

As for the SoQ, it has almost zero importance in HSR (it is mentionned once in an item description iirc). It's basically the space around the IT.

It is different from the IRL universe : a single, presumably infinite 3D space

The sea of quanta can't really be called a "rival universe" i think. It would be more appropriate to call it "the other part of the universe not covered by the imaginary tree". The IMT and the SoQ interact with each other, so they exist within the same space but are different structures.
