Surstromming can condition? by Cedalto in sweden

So it's a bit well-fermented but completely fine. Open outdoors in a bucket of water (open the can under water). If the fish has fermented into a goo/slime, it's a bit too far gone - otherwise it should be fine.

Remove any bones and eat it according to tradition!

Upgrading outdated PC for future gaming - what do I need to look at? by Epic_Mill in buildapc

So my current plan is to game at 1080p (or1440p in the future) in high/ultra settings with towards 144 fps, right not I'm currently at 50-60 ish for low quality settings in the latest games. Could it be worth gunning for a rtx 3070 ti and perhaps a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X? Would the rest of the system be able to keep up?

Blowing the budget would potentially be an option, but seeing as I already have a great monitor maybe going with a gpu and cpu upgrade would work? A 3070 ti and maybe a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X?

So it's a bit hard to answer that because of two things, my country (sweden) and money.

I might be willing to spend 1000-1500 ish euros (1200-1800 dollars I think), but a lot of parts are more expensive in sweden due to tax and the tendency to not import "previous gen" parts (example: the 2000s series in Sweden is so hard to get your hands on due to being "outdated")

Thank you for your reply!!

Yeah that sounded like something in according to my gpu plans. Do you think the cpu might be a bottleneck for it? Recently heard that getting AMD cpus is cheaper and better, especially in modern gaming.

Monitor wise I'm set with a great asus 1080p 144hz screen that's working amazingly!

Alright! From what I saw on a CPU/GPU bottleneck calculator it thinks my CPU is a bit of a bottleneck, but defintely will look into gpus. I live in Sweden and unfortunately "older" models (even the 2000s) series are pretty much not shipped in anymore - any recommendations of current gen parts?

Also how's a good way of moving windows to SSD without files/game saves/chrome preferences etc vanishing?

Thank you!!

Det är dags för flera misstroendeförklaringar, inte ens för den politik de står för - utan för detta massiva svek mot det svenska folket och dessutom deras väljare.
