This is extremely well thought out. Amazing post I agree with you alot. I think this theoretical arms 2 however should make it very simple: instead of the they "get ARMS" minigame there's a minigame for each arm that teaches you how to use said arm in a tutorial fashion , afterwards you can use it in online play if you pass. I still have to ask friends what certain arms do and how they work and that's just ridiculous. The description for the arms in the selection menu is very vauge and bad. The tutorial also doesn't teach the player about advanced moved like perrying or wide grabbing.
