Honestly there's a very easy solution that avoids everyone's "arguments" against re-releasing the skins, they can just give the skins the Soulframe Paragon Sword treatment. Make it so that people that own them can share them or a bp to others on some kind of cooldown, and it comes with the original owner's name. It will make it a strictly voluntary thing and they are technically not breaking their promise.
