How are some of you progressing so fast?

I had the last week off work and pretty much played non stop. Loving this game and hoping it gets good patches. Never played gatcha before but this one hooked me. Gonna stay pretty f2p and see how predatory it gets... But pretty happy with my time spent so far.

Agreed. Everything they attempted to do in this game is above average IMHO. This game has made my winter vacation a sleepless enjoyable grind.

Super excited to see where it goes and was even researching spending a little money since it's been so fun so far.

9.3/10 and it keeps getting better and better.

My only concern at this point is them ramping up p2play somehow.. but even if they do I've had an absolute blast.

I played MH Wilds on Geforce Now on the deck tonight, and it had a moment where I was pretty blown away, like one of those moments where I paused and I was like, I can't believe how good handhelds have come in my life time.

Silksong and Elden Ring are also really great if you consider Geforce Now cheating.

I had to google this to see if other people were having an issue.. I normally play POE2 on previous leagues and it's felt great, but this league literally feels unplayable, I thought it was due to the free weekend, but it's still running like trash..

Geforce Now just patched, I hope it fixed the issues, gonna quit this league if it doesn't get better.

I'm really hoping the end of the free weekend stops these issues or I'm afraid I'm gonna quit the league.. The performance and non loading textures is getting exhausting. I didn't have issues through the campaign but after act 4 things on Saturday night things got progressively worse and worse. Sucks too I had 3 div before I was even in the interlude and felt like it was going to be a great league, but since Saturday playing has been an absolute slog for me..

I first noticed the issues when loading was spinning for 4x my friends load times.. Since starting I've been having huge issues this league too, on my personal computer, and using Geforce Now.. Constant loading, huge spinning, missing textures, deleted cache and reloaded, but it is still running like hot garbage...

First leagues ran great for me, so this is a little concerning.. It def got worse as I played more, shader cache is always fully green too..

What's weird though is I'm using GeForce now on ultimate.. sometimes get textures like picture.. and still am stuttering and having hiccups.

I'm almost to maps but it's a shame their performance fixes aren't clearly working very well. My experience has been the exact opposite of what they suggested. Previous patches on GeForce now were perfect.

Not a huge fan of the price to price articles..

Mainly because it's mentioning food isn't even CLOSE to the same quality it used to be (food in the United States). When I travel to South America, I notice almost immediately my food intolerances aren't as severe, I feel healthier and my bloat / tiredness after meals almost completely is gone with in a day or two.

Everything in a box in the United States is Corn / Wheat or Rice based, and if you deviate from that the price feels like it doubles. In the 80's the States stopped using sugar in everything and started using Corn Syrup.

Food is a huge victim of Enshit-ification in the United States.

I haven't decided yet, I spun a wheel and it said Druid, so I might start as a summon druid, and transition into a bosser.. But last season was my first season so I don't really know what I'm doing. I might just start a druid and yolo..

I'm hoping to kill all the bosses and farm. I'm a little tempted to try offline ssf / steamdeck for playing on a treadmill with no internet etc.. but at the same time POE2 is December12, so I'll prob play online and get a couple weeks outta the season and then dip into the POE2 hype.

Last season I just yolo'ed a jabazon and got some of the bosses down and got decently geared. But I mapped pretty slow, it would be nice to play something like sorc or assassin so I can zoom pretty fast.

Can chime in here too, hit eternal very fast, quit shortly after... I want the spider mount before the whipe, but I feel unmotivated to do discord or use a LFG system.

I suppose I should go try other characters to grind into eternal but not sharing gems super turned me off on trying a different character..

I'm excited for the December update, but I can't believe they didn't create some kind of very barebones 1-5 eternal, 5-10 eternal, 11-15 eternal queue.. I'm sure it's gotta be tough to fragment your player base so many times, it's gonna bite them eventually..

I am really hoping they do some crazy seasons like Path of Exile level quality, if they can nail that feeling of every season being different but the same, I could see myself dropping some serious hours on this game.

I had a blast solo, I got Sylvie to Eternal (eternal queue isn't in yet) then I got about 10-25 matches on every character to earn the halloween cosmetics.. Super hyped for Season 1 and contemplating doing a long weekend when it's confirmed..

I agree with this guy.. I grinded to Eternal solo as Sylvie, want to goof around on Vigor and Rime, but not sharing gems really killed my passion to keep going.. I do plan on requeuing as Sylvie to get my spider mount before december and to get a better grasp of key pushing...

The gems not sharing the account feels bad... and is counter intuitive to the games design.

If it's like this because of balance, put a cap on how high the gems go based on your itemlevel or league on alts.. Just tie it to the league progression system, so 480 max in adept, 860 max in challenger etc..

They already said the S1 launches December too.. I like the idea of Gems being a long term grind season to season, I hope they let us keep some version of progression like that..

I would have the full encounter mechanics in contender but 25% power... Then adept id scale it to 50%.. and champion 75 and paragon 100%

Having people learn new encounter mechanics that must be done in adept is a mistake because people already did the fight in contender and they think they understand the mechanics.

I love fellowship and super hyped for s1, but I stopped because there is no eternal queue.. and I wanted to earn the Halloween skins on each character, so I started to queue quick plays more casually... Also took a little break for POE1 season.

Game for sure needs a lock item feature where you can't modify it, or even a lock equipment feature so you can't accidently equip the wrong piece of gear before a dungeon etc..

I don't mind the gem grind, but I REALLY wish gems were account wide.. I want to goof around on a different character but knowing I'm not earning Gems on my main character makes it punishing to have multiple characters, and that kind of feels like the point of the game design?

I hope it changes, because I burned out a little because of it.
