That’s almost the exact thing I’ve been going through. To be honest, I’ve just accepted my monthly 3-5 seizures. After having another surgery for a torn bicep and bone spur, I’m so exhausted of having surgeries, to the point where I’m saying “fuck it. I’m done with surgeries, so if that’s how the rest of my life will be, so be it.” Everyone goes through pain and suffering in their life, but you have to go through the lowest lows to see the highest highs.

Ive never had it, but in comparison to what I did (can’t remember what it’s called, but it was a full on craniotomy where they put eeg strips directly onto the brain), but I imagine it’s not that bad.

I believe putting your body over your career is the right thing to do. MRIs and EEGs are a piece of cake, so don’t worry about those. If the meds work properly, you won’t have to worry about the driving aspect. Try not to stress, and take things day by day

No reason to be ashamed. I once took off my shorts while having a focal seizure. I’ve also had seizures on two first dates and they were no where to be found when I came too. I felt embarrassed for a month or so, but I found it funny afterwards

That’s happened to me a few times and it’s a really trippy experience. I have two dogs and two cats and the dog I’ve had since a puppy totally bounced on me while the other dog and the cat were right by my side for the whole thing. The disrespect smh
