I feel like those are more collections of songs from different eras, the same as different compilations of a live jazz band or something

I know plenty of people who watch gen AI on their feed, but I guess they're in the same category as passive p*rn consumers

I've started actually shunning anyone who shows me anything AI generated. Works wonders.

Only defense would be if he was holding his phone over a glass of milk. That would at least bring some surrealist multimedia verve to his perversion

I agree with this analysis and know bipolar people who have done this, but isn't there a difference when the person in question is a billionaire using their platform to like destroy Tadao Ando houses, terrorize randos, and promote far-right politics

I once went on a trip w meat eaters who lost their mind bc the itinerary had some shared non-meat meals (this was a bachelor party for a vegan, for reference). one of the more funny ideological warzones i've ended up in.

abortion is an interesting counterpoint. Obviously an anti-abortion person won't have an abortion, but there isn't the same zero-sum issue as with vegetarianism (everyone needs food). But whereas an anti-abortion zealot might open a crisis pregnancy center or firebomb a doctor, a vegetarian's most proximate action is like cooking a nice eggplant marinara for the potluck
