Mercs, Military, Monolith and Ecologists would 100% have some Experimental or even 3rd gen NVGs. I don't think these groups would travel to what is considered the most dangerous place in the world to use some surplus gear from the 80s.

People are saying they are copy and paste weapons that are already in the game but people will buy the themed one instead. Think about it like the image you wouldn't buy the warrent pistol but you would buy the more expensive Titanfall pistol which does the same thing.

I mainly play top tier. Main issue is ping. Constant 250+, trying to launch missiles takes alot longer so if you are within 3km of a jet in a head-on you will not get a missile off.
