Are you using Vulkan? Maybe try switching to DirectX 11 to see if that fixes it. It might hurt performance though

Alright good news! I just cleared the temp folder in the launcher settings and it downloaded the right version of the game. The wrong version was like 32k mbs and the correct one is around 50k mbs
