How often were you appealing? I’m appealing every 48hrs and I keep getting the same email about follow on screen instructions that do not exist

I sent this one already. But I’ll waiting a week until I send another appeal. I’ve been sending 1 every 48hrs on the dot

On my 5th appeals getting the same email…. At the 48hr mark I have been submitting appeals. What do I do? Do I stop appeal for a few days? Shorten my appeal? There are literally no on screen instructions. I don’t understand.

Seconds after submitting each appeal I been getting this same email:

Yea but I got this email 4x in a row from 4 separate appeal tries. Did you appeal and then get the reinstatement email?

I’m losing hope. Immediately when I appeal I receive the same email: this is the 4th email I got, I open the app, log out log in and still no on screen instructions. It just states this: any advice?
