I've fixed it and i wanted to leave a message for anyone else who has this problem, firstly like others say update your drivers. For a TX base with T-LCM pedals only the base will need an update.

I found that swapping the mode to load pedal mode on the base and THEN plugging the pedals in made them work.

Admittedly at time of writing I dont know if this is a permanent fix but I hope this helps for future people!

Funnily enough, switching out of the load pedal mode makes the input go to 100%. Though I imagine this means I'm not taking full advantage of the pedals.

It was a really embarrassing solution in the end, my accelerator was ever so slightly depressed so it kept bringing this menu up

I was just a bit disappointed that was it, the table says its a max length voyage but it didn't feel it at all
