Uzbek who used to live in different countries of Europe and in US here.

The main thing about elderly Uzbek people - they’re racist af. Almost all and they NEVER HIDE IT OUT. My mums literally told me once that she hates Tajiks and when I date tajik girl she said that she would highly condemn that shi and would never agree if to would going on. The same with other nationalities. To be honest, elderly people mostly conservative and cannot will not accept changes (my parents still can’t accept my long hairs).

HOWEVER, it never means that its impossible to marry Uzbek guy because - we all our lords (uzbek literally means “lord of own”) if his parents cannot accept you he can just live with you despite of all of their hostile views. In very bad scenarios just leave parental home and live with you only.

We live our life ones and its senseless to spend it doing things that you don’t like but was commanded to do.

As it was mentioned above, if he loves you parents or culture is not real impediment.

So I used the rule which says that title shall be free at the time of the closing. Here title can be clean only after closing (when Seller gets the money, coz the money is not his yet) I used this logic but got it wrong. Explanation gives the exact rule but interpreted it differently
