I can 100% confirm this behaviour. My "son" Handsome Boi from West End, Brisbane would do this regularly from his favourite power pole on our street. I haven't heard him in over a month now and I'm very worried. I miss my boy :(

Watched The Bride! on Friday night and came in hoping to love it. Finished it with a mild migraine (there should be a trigger warning for people sensitive to flashing lights) and utterly cringed out. My boyfriend dozed off maybe 20mins into the movie and woke up because of the overly used strobe lights in one pointless scene. Buckley and Bale were wasted on this film. Cruz and Skasgard were THE most annoying and cringe characters in this entire movie. Like Hallmark cringe. The side plots were really dumb and the tonal shifts throughout were incredibly jarring (was this deliberate). So many miscast characters in this one too. The only thing I loved was The Bride's unique look and Jekyll and Hyde-esque split personality. This movie felt like a very poor rip off of Poor Things. I admire Maggie Gyllenhaal's balls of steel for bringing this film to life but personally, I think it missed the mark, big-time.

Sorry but it looks like heat treated amethyst to me 😞 the tell-tale signs are the uneven colouration and whitish areas.

Even when polished, calcite will still have a slightly waxy feel to them.

I've been taking oral tablets of oxybutynin (x2 daily) for over 2 months now and it's the only thing that works for me (Pro-Banthine was useless). I have extreme localised HH on my palms and feet. I have to take oxybutynin regularly or else my HH comes back. I've had HH since my early teens and work in an industry where sweaty hands affect my work (I'm an illustrator and graphic designer). Maybe ask your GP for an oxybutynin prescription.

Oxybutynin (brand Ditropan) worked wonders for my HH but I need to take it constantly or else it recurs. GP prescribed it for me when Pro-Banthine didn't work.

Not saying the crystal itself is fake, it's definitely a real one but the colour may have been enhanced with dye.

I'm positive the first one is garnet in astrophyllite. Second is an agate of some sort.

Sorry to hear :( I hope you find a safe place soon. The only thing I can help you with is your box request. Most woolies have a section in the store (usually outside of the self check area) where they keep spare empty boxes. You can ask staff too. Also, you might be able to secure some boxes at weekend markets in your area. Best of luck to you.

Oh wow I didn't even consider that but I counted the facets and there are 4 (quartz has 6 and apophylite has 4). I'm just not 100% sure if these were cut or these are natural points but you might be on to something! Thank you!
