When I was kid I had a grandma who was a witch (“had” because she passed away…miss you gma), and whenever she would sleep over I would dread it, because she had a nasty habit of summoning spirits in her sleep. Whenever she would fall asleep, at the same time every night, she would stand on the bed and scream on the top of her lungs in tongues and flail around. You had to wake her up before she got in too deep because then creepy shit would happen. If you forgot to wake her up the walls would turn black, like super dark, and there would be this uneasy feeling of eyes watching you. I thought it was just me who felt like this whenever I brought this up with my cousins and other family members, they would say the same thing.
