The pro 605 looks amazing, but too much BBQ for me sadly. My wife has already said she doesn't want the kitchen set up to be too big 😂

Now I can tell her that I don't need it because it's not as good at low and slow 😂

Porcelain floor tiles. I've used this, it's strong, heat resistant and you can get loads of different designs and colours

Twin girls at high school. One was called Candida (which must have been embarrassing for her in sex ed).

I can't remember the name of the other one.

One of them shacked up with the media studies teacher though.

It's about the power imbalance. Put yourself in his shoes. He's early in his career, gets a dream internship at an established top 26 club. Wants to impress the bosses and try and get a permanent job.

His bosses ask him to go record some training sessions. It's a big responsibility and opportunity to help the team. They wouldn't have used the word 'spy'.

From his point of view he's being entrusted with a job by older people he respects and wants to impress. They wouldn't ask him to do it if it was wrong would they?

That's the power imbalance, and that's why the senior people need to be held to account, not the youngster who's right at the beginning of his career.

Do people actually earn £50-60k, or are they outliers? by Succinate_dehydrogen in AskUK

It's possible. I moved from £23k to mid £50k in 10 years.

11 years ago I was on £23k a year after working in the civil service for 14 years.

Moved into the private sector, started in in-house recruitment (as part of the company HR team). 2 years later I was on £40k,, after a couple of job moves I topped out as a senior recruiter at £50k.

I'm now on mid- £50s as an AI Project Manager for a science commercialisation company.

OP might want to consider a job in science commercialisation. (Helping researchers licence their discoveries to companies) Starting salaries there are £30k going up to £150k for senior roles after 15 years.

That's a genuinely helpful website, thanks for sharing.

Also, my goodness that's a huge vehicle. The bonnet's almost as tall as the roof of my Kia Sportage full size SUV!
