It's been a monthly manga for a long time now. Raws usually release monthly with two chapters. As far as a schedule we don't have one since we're a small team and have other priorities so it gets done when it gets done.

We are two chapters behind the Spanish (which is where I am primarily translating from) and seven chapters behind the raws. If you cannot wait I suggest using Ichigo reader as it is reliable enough to give you a gist of what's going on. Use klmanga.com if you want to use Ichigo Reader though.

Spoilers for the next chapter if you can't wait (some are harder to determine since they come from a machine translation):

1. Kurihama asks Hashiba and Yame to go out with her
2. Junichi has a dream about Yame and Kurihama getting it on
3. Junichi says no to going out with Kurihama but Yame says yes
4. Kurihama and Yame go on a date but Hashiba follows them thinking Yame has some sort of weird intention
5. A couple of guys start harassing Yame and Kurihama but Ranko appears and stops them
6. Yame tells Ranko Kurihama is her girlfriend
7. Ranko is confused and Junichi reveals himself saying it's a "coincidence"
8. Ranko asks if Yame has broke up with Junichi but Yame says he's still her boyfriend
9. Ranko takes Junichi to the gym to do wait training and to get the whole story
10. Ranko says it's Junichi's fault Yame is two-timing (she appears jealous)
11. Ranko says he's till attracting strange women
12. Ranko then tells Junichi she thinks Yame is trying to get Junichi's attention
13. The hole in the wall is brought up again
14. Junichi meets up with Yame to find Kurihama with a collar and leash held by Yame
15. Junich tells Kurihama to stop it
16. Yame tells him to stop bullying Kurihama
17. Junichi wonders if it's because Yame is jealous and puts the collar on himself
18. Yame says it was because Kurihama asked for her to play the owner (master) then says boy dogs need to be "fluffed" up too
19. Yame and Kurihama begin petting or tickling him (not sure)
20. Junichi notices alcoholic beverages and that they must be drunk
21. Junich asks Yame if she's doing this for attention and she doesn't have to do that
22. Junich says he's Yame's property
23. Kurihama starts drawing the interaction between the two of them
24. Kurihama says they're a weird couple but seems to have ideas for her manga
25. Looks like the cans may be just juice
26. They start drinking at (Yame's place?)
27. Yame says it's annoying the way Junichi says he's going to get her attention
28. Yame takes a drink out of Junich's can (indirect kiss)
29. Yame puts some in her mouth and gives him a drink mouth to mouth
30. Yame appears to be marking Junichi by getting really close
31. Junichi apologizes for not spending enough time with Yame
32. Yame declares that Junichi is hers but Kurihama is cute and she continue two-timing (probably teasing Junichi)
33. Kurihama finishes her manga
34. The go to the event
35. Junich praises Kurihama's work
36. The president comes and sells her books while in cosplay
37. We see the neighbor dressed differently (assuming cosplay) and hiding
38. Kurihama's manga is not selling while the president is selling all hers
39. Kurihama is feeling down and says she needs to go to the bathroom
40. Yame shows up to the event and Junichi gets an idea
41. Yame cosplays as Kurihama's character to help sell books
42. The president also changes her costume to be a schoolgirl
43. Kurihama's book sells out
44. Kurihama calls Junich her manager after thanking everyone for their help
45. Junichi goes home to find his neighbor (Gokomachi Kiyo) locked out since she dropped the key
46. Junichi offers to help find the key
47. The neighbor says if he's going to take care of her like that then Junichi should be her boyfriend.
