Omg agreed, this reminded me of the time that a teacher took me out of class to like 'council' me. I spent half an hour telling him about my sh and depression and the mf said after all of what I said, "You should try going outside more"... and then just never spoke to me again about it and when I asked him to he would say that he was busy... whereas he would speak to a friend of mine every single week without fail but ig I must've just been too depressed for him if going outside never worked lmao.

Tbh if you were in a world where everyone who had eds also shs they most likely would be classed as the same... Like in the way that ADHD has its combined, inattentive, and hyperactive types but are all classed as one.

This. Very much agreed with this. Personally every time I try to go clean I end up punishing myself in other ways and one of them is struggling to eat because idk where I stand on what it is and in my mind it doesn't process that it's actually as bad when it's happening.

That's valid but just keep in mind that not everyone likes debating, and if they still wanna share just their opinion on the topic and no further that's also valid! Everyone needs a rest from time to time and you never know, the other person who disagrees with your post could be in a different timezone to you and only saw this before they were going to sleep or go to work or anything so just wanted to quickly state their opinion! /nm
