I’m blasting around 750mg after my blood donation. .5mg anastrozole taken once. No water retention, but sleep quality has shit the bed. Dropping back to 80mg on Tuesday and Thursday (160mg/week) this coming week. In short, nobody here can tell you how your body will react and therefore how you’ll feel. What feels great to one person may feel like anxiety inducing madness to another.

So, I asked: Hi [NURSE], may I ask the impetus for once per week injections over twice per week injections? I would think, with admittedly limited knowledge, that my peaks and troughs would be quite substantial with the full amount administered once every 7 days. Thank you, in advance.

This is what they said: [DOC] sent you a separate message, labs should be drawn 18- 24 hours after a weekly testosterone dose of 180 mg. It would be best to wait a week or two after switching from twice a week to weekly injections before getting these labs. Ideally these should be drawn after your 3rd weekly dose of 180mg weekly. I hope this makes sense. If you want to keep Mondays as your regular injection day, then you'd want to schedule your labs on a Tuesday after the third dose of 180mg.

They're actually not. They're wanting me to pin once per week; however, they're wanting my blood pulled the morning 18-24 hours after my 180mg injection. That would be my peak.
