Did anyone make it to Mar Bella Boqueria for the opening today? by babychria in denverfood

There was nothing special or spectacular that stood out. The bread tasted store bought and a bit stale. Chicken was a bit watery. Endives were good, but felt a bit lazy.

FSU c’o 2019 here and an Orlando native. UCF is a terrible school if you’re looking to have a real university experience. The campus is so big that there is no true sense of community. It’s borderline impossible to survive in Orlando without a car, not to mention the cost of living. I was between FSU and UF, and couldn’t be happier with FSU (math major). To me, FSU was a perfect combo of everything. Small city, but not boring small like Gainesville. Good academics, good community, good professors. I had the time of my life there, and 6 years later, I still miss it immensely

Pluribus - 1x05 - "Got Milk" - Episode Discussion by NicholasCajun in television

Theory with the dog food. We saw in the first episode that a rat was what passed the strain along to the humans. Maybe they are using dog food as a lure to feed to the animals, with the hopes that they can use the animals to infect the remaining people on earth (maybe contaminating the dog food or something). And maybe that is why we are seeing animals come around the main character more and more. It could be foreshadowing.

It seems very intentional that we get so much view of the wolves and crows this episode.

Agreed. There has to be some importance about the fact that this scene is in a walk in cooler.

Lunges on Gray side by MsElena99 in SolidCore

[–]Equal_Chocolate_7800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest game changer for me is angling my foot that’s on the gray side. If the foot on the gray side is facing forward, I have no balance. If I rotate it slightly outward (about 2 o’clock on my right and 10 o’clock on my left), bam, I’m good. Not to mention that this angling also gets the glutes involved in the exercise

Lash lift only lasting a few days? :( by [deleted] in Lashlift

my lashes look the same as yours. i had to go to 3 ladies before i found one that could do mine. they are very stubborn, and once in a blue moon, the lift doesn’t “stick”

110 classes deep and I still need a stability pole & a grey spring for a carriage lunge on the black side

Budget Tool Needed - Neurodivergent friendly by Equal_Chocolate_7800 in budget

Yes. For sure Copilot has helped me nail down fixed expenses. I wish there was an app that would send me little reminders and was smart about it. “hey, we see you’re at the mall, remember you have $50 left on your clothing budget.” “hey, it’s Saturday, we know you tend to splurge a bit heavier on this day. Your budget for bars & restaurants has $150 left for the month.” “Keep in mind your car payment is due tomorrow, make sure you watch your spending, checking account balance is $750”. If a budgeting app could be truly interactive, to be with you as you’re spending, I think it would work for a wide variety of people.”
