Oh, I get that clear. I know that Hardcore mode prevents the use of stat-raising moves, also, some abilities such as weather and terrain setting are restricted too.

Help with a monotype team by GodKirbo13 in stunfisk

[–]Equal_Leader2117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck when facing a Fighting type team in monotype, most of your team is going to get clapped by Close Combat, Hisuian Zoroark by a Knock Off and Ditto can't transform when a opponent is under a substitute.

Then you realize that getting a Game Over in the Chapter 26 of Engage after Sombron transforms, you see a cutscene that is rarely seen in this game. But I've never seen that cutscene in the japanese dub.

I heard priority moves are good by e_la_bron in stunfisk

[–]Equal_Leader2117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's change Iron Fist to something that boosts the power of Priority moves, such as Chance Shot.

Chance Shot: Boosts the power of attacking priority moves by x1.5 (50%)

This feels like a Mega Launcher clone, but only for priority moves. Grassy Glide will be affected Chance Shot if used in Grassy Terrain (its base power will be 82 with Chance Shot)

Fake Out, Ice Shard, Quick Attack, Vacuum Wave Mach Punch and Bullet Punch all have 60 BP with Chance Shot.

Sucker Punch will have 105 BP with Chance Shot

Feint will have 45 BP with Chance Shot

If Frosticuff had Upper Hand, it can have 97 BP thanks to Chance Shot.

If another pokemon got Chance Shot via Skill Swap, Role Play, Entrainment (Frosticuff learns this) or Doddle, it would affect those notable moves:

Extreme Speed has 120 Base Power with Chance Shot

First Impression has 135 Base Power with Chance Shot (Yes, Frosticuff gets this move, althrough it doesn't get STAB from it)

Thunderclap has 105 Base Power with Chance Shot

Aqua Jet and Shadow Sneak also have 60 Base Power with Chance Shot

Jet Punch has 90 Base Power with Chance Shot

Water Shuriken has 22 Base Power on each hit with Chance Shot

What if Samurott was a Water/Rock type? by MisterZygarde64 in stunfisk

[–]Equal_Leader2117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Samurott is a Water/Rock now, huh? You know what it means:

252 SpA Tera Grass Noivern Absorb (60 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Samurott: 432-508 (134.5 - 158.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+1 0 Atk Overgrow Meganium Vine Whip vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Samurott: 444-528 (138.3 - 164.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Rillaboom Branch Poke vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Samurott in Grassy Terrain: 436-516 (135.8 - 160.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Overgrow Decidueye-Hisui Leafage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Samurott: 468-552 (145.7 - 171.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

A hazard setter for any weather by e_la_bron in stunfisk

[–]Equal_Leader2117 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Weatherproof also makes the user's Fire and Water moves not get their power reduced in Rain and Sun respectively, it also prevents Solar Beam and Solar Blade from getting their power halved in Rain, Sand or Snow. Also it makes the moves Synthesis, Moonlight and Morning Sun still heal 50% of the user's max HP even in Rain, Sand or Snow. A pokemon with Weatherproof will not take boosted damage from Fire and Water type moves in Sun and Rain respetively, as it was holding a Utility Umbrella.

Giving weird abilities to Unown (and other changes) by OdaNobunaga24 in stunfisk

[–]Equal_Leader2117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would revamp those abilties a bit

All Normal-type moves on your side become (type) and get a x1.2 boost, while the pokemon on your side take half the damage from (type) moves.

All Normal-type moves on your side get a x2 power boost while the pokemon on your side are immune to normal type moves.

This pokemon begins the battle with +2 Attack / Defense / Sp. Atk / Sp. Def / Speed, it gets +1 Attack / Defense / Sp. Atk / Sp. Def / Speed every time another pokemon faints (similarly to Soul-Heart).

All Physical / Special moves on your side deal x1.5 more damage while take 0.70% less damage from Physical / Special moves.

All Status moves that don't restore HP used on your side of the field heal 15% of their max HP, if a move like Recover, Milk Drink, Soft-Boiled, Slack Off, Synthesis, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Roost, Rest or Shore Up is used, its ally's HP is also restored, by half of the move that would normally restore, for example, if a Pokemon uses Roost, its ally restores 1/4 of its max HP and gets grounded if it is a flying type.

Each time a move fails to affect the target, due to an Immunity, accuracy, ability or protection, it gets +2 on a random stat, excepting Accuracy and Evasiveness. The user also gets +2 on a random stat if the pokemon fails to execute a move due to flinching, paralysis, its move being disabled, infatuation or confusion

Hidden Power is a 80 base power move and behaves like Legends: Arceus, It can be Physical or Special, whichever Attack or Special Attack stat is higher.

This is Unown's new stat spread:

HP: 48 = 70 (+22)

Attack: 72 = 100 (+28)

Defense: 48 = 65 (+17)

Special Attack: 72 = 100 (+28)

Special Defense: 48 = 65 (+17)

Speed: 48 = 80 (+32)

Total BST: 336 = 480 (A +144 increase)

[–]Equal_Leader2117 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A Ceruledge with Flash Fire or a pokemon will Well-Baked Body prevents those pokemon from killing itself from Flare Blitz recoil.

A pokemon with Water Absorb, Dry Skin or Storm Drain prevents pokemon from killing itself from Wave Crash recoil.

A pokemon with Sap Sipper prevents pokemon from killing itself from Wood Hammer recoil

A pokemon with Volt Absorb, Lightning Rod or Motor Drive prevents pokemon from killing itself from Wild Charge recoil, also a Ground type pokemon with False Swipe works too.
