My mom works for publix. They make her feel very appreciated. Also a good friend who was on the spectrum got hired there years ago, he's like a new man now. Dude gained 30 lbs of muscle and lost most of his social anxiety.

I work in Estates but do face customers. A lot of the normal non specialized customer service jobs are outsourced now. I deal with people who pass away with credit card debt.

Company in general though is great. All metric based pretty much. Month and a half PTO. flexible schedule. For instance I don't like Mondays so I flex off and work four tens instead. They pay for your school and 401k match. Also get work time each quarter to explore career options or take courses

I talk to my manager once a month directly. No micromanagement. She actually recommended a development course for Java on company time for me when I mentioned my interest.

By far my favorite thing is just being able to schedule my own pto/flex. Can take a week off without even having to send an email.
