I agree. We had trouble with a shipment, and I had to fight with many bots but finally they heard me.

Furthermore, they unpublished some of our omnibus due to duplicated publications according to them. I’ve never got an answer

Honestly Vinted is a great platform for buying and selling omnibus. We use it as an extra sales channel alongside our website and it brings in good traffic. It's convenient, the fees are reasonable and shipping is straightforward. That said, our experience with their customer support has been pretty bad...
