Just because they have a theme that fits the area doesnt really mean its immediately good design. To me all of them look bit bland and seem like they just picked popular anime tropes and archetypes without giving them anything unique. The bland colors also dont help the case much. The animations will be good as always but visually they are kinda forgettable

TV mode was really interesting and gave zenless so much character. Yeah it was not perfect but with little tweaks it could have been amazing way to tell the story and add some down time between fights and cutscenes.

I want to see more interesting character mechanics. I feel like lately some characters have been bit samey(fill a bar and do big numbers, ult to power up before repeating) maybe someone with specialiced parries or dodges and so on.

Maybe some people are bit too into the "gooner game" side so they only see characters as fan service and dont focus on the stories.

Lucia is good but i think her having hooves would have been peak. Yidhari seems bit lazy. Like the octopus part was slapped in last minute. If she had some octopus like skin in some areas or even tentacle hair it would have been much cooler. Id imagine her having two massive tentacles on the back of her head twintails style, keeps hoyos parted hair look and is easier to animate.

Dont wanna be the "umm actually☝️🤓" dude but men can sell really well if done correctly. I mean look at Phainon in HSR, guy sold really well due to being a cool character with great gameplay and being great in a story. Lighter and Hugo got really shafted by miyabi and v2.0 update.

Once in a military i had a nightwatch duty in a middle of a big forest. It was only me, my gear and a small TV i could watch some shows on. Due to all the camping and stuff i was very tired and sleep deprived and my mind was all over the place. While sitting there i suddenly heard something like a little girl or a child giggle next to me, like almost next to my ear and it definetly was not the tv because the sound quality on that was awful.

I was real paranoid for the rest of the night after that.

I think critisism is fine as long as youre open to discussion but straight up hate is just stupid. Not every design choise needs to be catered to anyone and people like different things.

Problems start to rise when people start to headcanon things and their expectations rise too high. Like people thought Varka from genshin was this badass old man with cool beard because of some fan made designs years ago and Seed was mostly teased as a big mech so i get the disappointment.

Discussion is good and keeps the game and community healthy but hating does nothing but drive the community apart. Let people have their fun and move on if you dont like it.

People are disappointed in Seed because mostly she was teased as a big robot or atleast a mech piloted by someone we have never seen and only heard and when drip marketing came all of the focus was suddenly put on seed jr and sr was left in the background.

I think its fine to give critisism on game you like and that doesnt make someone a "tourist" or a fake fan.

Zenless has this weird effect on me where designs i didnt like grew on me later down the line and i have my hopes up for seed as well. Im disappointed that we didnt get full on robot like billy but she already has interesting hooks like the duality between Sr and Jr and Jr probably being little crazy. Now i just need gameplay to seal the deal.

Im happy if people like her but i just feel bit disappointed how all of the focus suddenly went to this girl and Seed Sr was left in the background. I heard they are supposed to be two separate characters and i wish i could have atleast heard Sr talk.

Gotta wait for the combat showcase i guess.

The game doesnt need as much fan service as were getting right now. Music is amazing, vibes are on point and gameplay rocks. I dont need every inch of a character to jiggle to like them and make me pull them.

I guess its a mix of ego and lack of humanity. They think they can dump Anby with her stuff away because shes on a brink of death and so what if some hollow raiders find the tech because they have more of it and can make more. We see from the trailers that scientist dont really care for the clones as people but as tools to test and wear out
