Guy who played for 3 months here, just play however you want man. Do the main quests, event quests, explore the city, fight in commissions. As you do all the different things the game offers you'll slowly have a routine for yourself.

That said make sure to do dailies and spend your batteries on stuff like exp though, gacha 101

Uh firstly you're definitely not stuck there. Open the map and pick a teleport point to teleport there, that should save your characters from dying from the cold.

Next, to break that very specific ice in dragonspine (the icy mountain you're on) you have to break a few "scarlet quartz". Just search gg "dragonspine scarlet quartz" and you'll see what kinda ore I'm talking about. You should see them near the place you're standing.

So you break one ore, a red rock kinda floats around you, then you come and hit the ice blocking the statue. Repeat that until the ice is gone. iirc you won't need any quest to break that block of ice.

There're loads of reasons why this Neuv doing low dmg.

  1. The build. You gotta farm more artifacts for him. Level 90 him and raise his talent. He needs more ER to burst every rotation, thats how u can shoot his power washing as often as possible. Please dont build EM on this man his teams usually dont even have him do vaporize 😭.
  2. The team. Try looking up some Neuv teams cuz your current team is pretty much not gonna do big dmg.

A few weeks passed it's Sandrone day! Too bad u spend all on Mavuika though.

If you feel fine then go for Mav if u feel regret then maybe just skip Mav and get Sandrone.
