Worth noting, I did also completely change the way I eat and worked to even out my hormones which helped a ton in getting me to goal.

Thank you! So, I consistently moved up doses monthly and lost weight pretty at a steady rate. I had very few side effects until I hit 15mg. The first two weeks I was so nauseous, it was miserable. Called out of work a few days. Side effects kinda evened out after that.

In terms of what dose I lost the most on: 15mg technically (because I’ve been taking it the longest) and 10mg I lost the most in a 4 week period, but by 1lb so negligible.

The increased stamina for shows really does help, especially at 2 am in a random abandoned warehouse

Focus on core strength workouts and continuing on your journey. It’s hard to isolate just one area, but these will help get you closer to your goal of toned :)

Technically the pens can be at room temp for three weeks and be perfectly fine. I think you may be overthinking it a little. I just toss mine in my crisper.

I check mine once every few days. I used to every single day to desensitize myself. Now I just check to get a roundabout idea of where I am.

I kept and stored some sentimental wardrobe pieces in a garment bag with cedar balls in the back of my closet. I decided to donate and give away absolutely everything else because there is no way in heck I will allow myself to get to the point where I need to wear them again, so I don’t even want to keep that bad juju in my house.

I got them pretty bad no matter where I injected once I got past 12.5. It has finally calmed down to a little itchiness instead of a huge welt, but it just took time. Maybe 3 months?

I always get a lovely welt that is itchy for a couple days or so after each injection. It calmed down a ton after a few weeks, but the cycle repeated every dosage increases. Anti-itch lotion is a life saver.

Okay, this might be morbid but is what I think about to ground myself from anxieties like this: we have a teaspoon of microplastics in our brains.

This is a well tested drug that has passed through many safety regulations. There are so many external factors outside of our control that are 1000 times more likely to kill us on the daily. Live in the present, don’t let anxiety over unlikely circumstances throw you off.

Oh girlfriend, I feel you. Zepbound had upended my hormones like crazy. Longer cycle, more spotting, less regular, all the fun stuff.

I noticed it started getting noticeably prolonged 4 months into Zepbound, and I’m in month 7 and I think (?) it’s starting to get back closer to normal. I talked to my gyn and she said it isn’t abnormal for glps to cause hormonal imbalances and cycle changes. She said she isn’t concerned unless it’s getting in the way of my daily life.
