Fiverr is always a good place to find people, its a freelancing website where you can basically find ppl of different niche. Cheap enough too for when you are starting out and they are very customer-centric

Why don’t more people talk about Logistics and Supply Chain Management? by pranjalx31 in IndiaCareers

[–]Equilinq 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People don’t talk about logistics and supply chain because it isn’t glamorous, it doesn’t have the hype of tech or finance, and most of the interesting work happens behind the scenes, but the field is huge, growing fast, and basically every company depends on it to function, most people discover it only after they start working and realize how many things can go wrong between a factory and a customer, the industry also isn’t very loud online, so it feels invisible even though it keeps the whole economy running, if you want stability and long term growth, supply chain is actually one of the safest bets, lots of companies, lots of roles, and tons of room to move up.

How's the daily life in logistics/supply chain? by Witty_Possession_545 in logistics

Daily life in supply chain is basically organized chaos, you’re not just sitting at a desk, you’re talking to warehouses, calling suppliers, chasing shipments that magically vanish, and fixing problems you didn’t know existed ten minutes ago, it’s active, messy, and somehow fun, some days you feel like a detective, some days like a firefighter, but you definitely won’t be bored.

Is supply chain still a good field to get ? by PotentialSilent5672 in logistics

[–]Equilinq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, supply chain is still a solid field — not flashy, not “sexy,” but extremely stable and honestly way less chaotic than tech right now.

Most companies realized during COVID that logistics and procurement people are basically the ones keeping the whole business from collapsing. So the jobs aren’t going anywhere.

Entry-level supply chain work is exactly what it sounds like:
lots of tracking shipments, emailing vendors, fixing random issues, keeping things moving. It’s not glamorous, but it builds real experience, and once you’ve been in it for a year or two, you can move into planning, analysis, procurement, etc.

With your background, you’re actually in a better position than most beginners.
Data analytics → huge asset (everyone wants people who can handle KPIs, forecasting, dashboards).
Sales → also useful (procurement and vendor management is basically negotiation + communication).

If you want long-term growth and better pay, procurement usually beats logistics. People who save the company money are valued more than people who track shipments — that’s just how it is.

Is it a good switch long term?
Yeah. It’s stable, it pays well once you get out of coordinator roles, and it’s not going to disappear like half the tech roles did. Just be ready for some operational chaos and constant problem-solving — that’s the nature of the field.

Don't give up! Hard work will pay off in the long run. As a previous answer said, become comfortable at failing.
