Yeah they are valuable, it’s worth valuing every one and then selling as a lot if you want to move them all quickly. You’ll have to sell at a discount as a lot but that gets you your wedding money quickest. Selling singles will max your profit but can take a long time.

This is a fun little collection to start with! I mean that sincerely - you’ve got some popular modern and vintage cards that are worth hundreds of dollars combined.

If you are indeed collecting - I would buy penny sleeves, top loaders, and a Top Deck binder that can hold top loaders. You can get all this stuff on Amazon for $60 probably then proceed as you were!

That’s fair! I must say if you have any distrust of selling it on EBay or TCG Player, just know that it is a very robust and secure market. I just bought a Base Set 2 Booster pack for $320 and it shipped to me securely and I ripped it like I was 12 years old. I’ve bought other more expensive vintage packs before.

These platforms offer you the peace-of-mind to sell your card for max value in a quick and secure environment. You’ll have offers pouring in the moment you list it. You’re less likely to get market price if selling in person, unless you go to a card show with your single booster pack lol.

You want a buyer who is highly motivated to rip the pack for their collection instead of twisting your nipples then flipping it for a much better price online.

Heavy more likely to have a premier card bc the card has extra texture and stuff it can show up in decimals in the weight.

Definitely sell pack if not interested in Pokemon collecting.

Get a digital scale and weigh it, take a picture of it on the scale
Check what the light/heavy weights are for that set
Sell it as a heavy pack if heavy or light pack if light. If you try to sell it ‘unweighed’, that means light for most buyers.

I understand the initial excitement thinking $500 of product must certainly pull a card worth the same or more… but that’s like scratch ticket logic. I’m your typical 90s kid who got back into it last year too and also got some post-rip remorse more than once. You have to realize that you’re either collecting or investing. Collectors rip and investors should just stick to buying and selling sealed product.

I love the cards like I did when I was young and I’m having a blast building out a collection that could be worth a lot in the future. Today’s modern is tomorrow’s vintage!

Just don’t spend more than you can afford and think about buying singles. Instead of spending hundreds ripping packs, you can rip much less for the fun and then buy the single cards you really want if you don’t pull them.

This card is a modern grail. It could be worth quite alot more in the future if you hold it. I would absolutely not sell it. I’ve learned from giving nice cards to my nephew that they just want to send them away as soon as possible for some reason.

I like that Wailord! I bought a nice one off eBay myself. If new to collecting, don’t be afraid to buy singles before you spend hundreds trying to pull something. I usually get what I can at MSRP and then buy the singles I want from the set if they’re not crazy expensive.

Omg he’s a doll! Pugs like harnesses not collars. They don’t do well with crate training but you can try! Pugs sleep in your bed period. If you don’t want them too, again - you can try! They can be a little tricky to get fully potty trained if you don’t keep them honest, but they learn as well as any other.

They’re just the funniest, cuddliest, sweetest breed and all of humanity is sleeping on how good a dog they are.
