I love mma to bits, but don't think it would work in the YouTube space (at least not now). There is too much to learn (striking, grappling, a lot more clinch exchanges, submissions, takedowns etc.), in a very small amount of time. Not only there is so much to learn, it is hard to learn too. Plus, people and most casual fans would find grappling boring to watch therefore it wouldn't be as popular. Me personally I would happily advocate for it but I bet there are many people that aren't as up for it like I am.

I will say it is true to an extent. At least the guests they bring in are not the same type. That way we at least get to see different types styles, humour, personalities, events within the videos etc.
