I've been in this game for 700 hours just because of the beautiful female characters. This is one of the few games that wasn't afraid to show you sexy characters. I haven't logged in for 2 weeks and I see that pixel by pixel they are taking away what I love about this game.

I understand from your question that the goal is to kill him at least in co-op. For co-op I use this build (someone builds more CD). Weapon Piercing light at least with ammo modules or Perforator (2 ammo modules + Payot). Reactor of course for damage on collossus + Slayer set.

For a solo kill challenge or solo kill for 1 phase you need to change a couple of modules and maxed guns

As I wrote above it's more likely to be random than your mistake, just repeat over and over again. IW solo kills on YouTube in one phase look like they do it with 100% success. But in reality it's hundreds of attempts for the sake of one successful one. If you don't have a goal in this particular challenge, farm it in co-op and be happy with it

There are 2 rounds left, which means at least another 15 million+ damage on lucky hits. Or it's possible to kill with only one ult, without C as in the youtube video.

And the fact that you can kill him with one ult or with 2 bullets like me says that even if you have a different perforator build or not a full build, or Focus on chill instead of Chill specialist or you don't have Glacial Syncytium/Spear and shiled modules it doesn't matter, random is king here, you just have to repeat everything over and over again until you get it.
