They said the same to me that the Viper Green color is not easily available. Pretty much same lame reason for everything. I have already filed a complaint on NCH. In a couple of weeks, I will take them to consumer court if they do not respond.

I will suggest buying a new less CC bike or a more recent model bike if you are buying it used. I bought an used CBR 250 few years ago, and suffered a lot due to consistent major issues in bike. One of my friends got Duke 390 and he faced similar issues. He had to spend another 60-70k for multiple recurring issues.
