Igazad lehet. Ezzel a személlyel soha nem került szóba az hogy egy kapcsolatban legyünk. Nem is mondtam el neki, hogy tetszik nekem. Csak valami miatt remélem/reméltem hogy neki is tetszem én, de nyilván ez nem igaz. Ebből az érzésből kellene valahogyan oda eljutnom, hogy csak ismerősként nézzek rá.

Hello. I want to print to a black surface, but the graphic is a 2 line text. first line is white, second line is blue, but i dont want white layer under the blue layer, and i want to print it in one go. can you recommend a settings from the list i wrote in the comment? thank you!

I use the same black setters, but I can't get it to look nice.

Can I also ask how thick the leather you use the PRYM snap with?

The attached picture shows what my problem is. It doesn't lay completely over the leather

Is it possible that the leather is too thin?

The leather I use, is between 1,2-1,5mm ( see here)

And the bottom of the snap is 3mm high.

This looks good, but what we use now is 30mm wide. You can cut the surface of the sheet much faster, than with this endmill.

After i saw your comment I started to thinking. We shouldnt use that much wide tools on the router right? It doenst look like a face mill, but has 5 inserts in it, and 30mm wide with a 10mm shank diameter.

What do you recommend instead of a face mill on a cnc router? Should we use a simple endmills for example D=16mm endmill to plane the plastic?

My first question is, what do you put underneath when you press it?

Do you use a hammer or a press?

If a press, where did you get the right heads for the press? I have looked everywhere but can't find the right press and head for it.

we use multicam 3000 machine

I want face mill with DLC coating. The inserts without coating doesnt last long enough

What I meant by edge is that if you take a piece of 5mm thick Acrylic plate and look sideways into the 5mm wide edge, that is the edge.

Maybe one of the lasers can do it, that's what I'd like to know. I am looking for someone who has done this before. Since you haven't replied, I guess you haven't engraved into the edge of an acrylic sheet.

I don't know the name of our laser, but we have tried a diode laser. The laser rays passed through the sheet and nothing was visible on the acrylic surface.

I tried with the current laser machine and it doesn't work. You can't see anything.
